29. Allan Bierzynski, an audit assistant employed to the well known firm of chartered accountants Pear Marwick Mitchell & Co., was stopped while driving his car in St. Georges on the night of the 22nd of November and he was searched by the police. He did not question the legality of the search but he objected to the assault by a member of the search party who deliberately grabbed his genitals violently, causing him pain and suffering.
