Paragraph 27. - VIII. Harold and Magdeline St. Louis
27. Harold St. Louis and his wife Magdeline of Birch Grove in the parish of St. Andrew were close neighbours of Mr. Belmar, Inspector of Police, who had shot their adopted son, Edgar Joseph, in their yard during an incident which had occurred on Christmas Eve, 1970. Prior to this they had been good friends but their friendship ceased and in November 1973. Belmar made the lives of Mr. & Mrs. St. Louis so unbearable by threats of violence that they had to leave their home.
