Facts are complainant was on patrol at Mt. Carmel met defendant and searched him and a .25 revolver was found in his possession. Date of offence 18/11/73 at 1950 hrs. Reported 18/11/73 at 2021 hrs. 0915 Neckles Rougier Police Officer of Grenville Police Station against Normie Waltric 30 years manual worker of Mt. Fendue St. Patricks.
